Assessment Centre

One of the most crucial issues of human capital development within an organisation is assessing employees’ performance in order to evaluate if they have performed optimally in their current position as well as finding out the ways to improve their capability.

BDO in Indonesia provides a well-designed customised assessment centre such as Potential Review and People Mapping as most commonly used for selection, promotion and development of executives. An ‘Assessment Centre’ (AC) is an advanced approach to evaluating pre-defined competencies, by observing participant’s behaviour.

It is a process in which candidates are assessed in a standardised way. We will assess the talent personally and in a group by multi-rater and multiple assessment methods during a set of varied exercises, which are designed to simulate different aspects of the work environment against clearly defined competencies so that their relative strengths and weaknesses can be measured.
