As the country’s infrastructure continues to age, Indonesia is turning to private companies for help—in financing, designing, building, and operating projects that play an essential role in our country’s continued growth and success. The Public Private Partnership (P3) model efficiently delivers social, environmental, transportation and other infrastructure for public use, such as schools, roads, bridges, light rail transit, water treatment plants and hospitals/health facilities. P3s also offer valuable opportunities for both domestic and international organizations through the construction, operation and on-going maintenance of small to large-scale infrastructure projects.
Our P3 advisory team supports both public and private stakeholders of Indonesian P3 projects. P3s have many moving parts and the bid process and timeline is very rigid. Our highly experienced advisors successfully guide clients from the early stages of preparing feasibility and business cases, along the procurement, evaluation and negotiation phase, to successful financial close and post-contract operation and maintenance.
We have extensive experience providing independent financial model reviews from a Indonesian tax and accounting perspective as part of the due diligence process, and also assist bid consortiums with building and auditing financial models. Further, we support clients as key advisors when they work with investment firms that are engaging in secondary market acquisitions of operational Indonesian P3 assets.
