Sylvester Wali

Wali is the Chief Executive Officer of the Audit & Assurance Division and Deputy CEO of the Group. He is responsible for driving the division's strategic growth, service quality, and operational excellence, while contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Group.

With extensive experience in audit and assurance, Wali works closely with boards, management teams, and finance leaders on complex financial reporting, governance, risk, and business matters. He believes that effective professional advice begins with understanding the client's business, challenges, and ambitions—not simply the technical issue at hand.

As International Liaison Partner, Wali also connects the Group with its international network, facilitating cross-border collaboration, knowledge sharing, and opportunities for clients operating across jurisdictions.

His approach is centred on building long-term relationships and providing practical, commercially relevant advice that helps clients navigate complexity and make confident decisions.
