Panca has over 30 years of experience in Valuation and Corporate Finance  services. Panca has detailed and thorough knowledge with rich experiences in  Business Valuation, Valuation Advisory including Fairness Opinion (FO) &  Feasibility Study (FS), Financial Modeling, Merger & Acquisition, and Corporate  Restructuring.

Panca is the Founder of KJPP Wawat Jatmika & Rekan (KJPP-WJR). He is a Senior Partner in KJPP-WJR and acts as BDO in Indonesia’s Head of Valuation and Head of M&A.

He holds a Registered Public Valuer (MAPPI (Cert.)) and is registered in both the  Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and the Financial Service  Authority, Certified Tax Consultant, and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA)  from the Singapore Accountancy Commission.
