Ferranti Martoenoes

Ferranti Martoenoes is the Partner at BDO Legal Eman Achmad & Co Law Firm. He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Ferranti graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Padjadjaran, Bandung. He has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of telecommunication, energy and mining, foreign investment, and corporate restructuring including merger and acquisition. He has advised numerous international clients and major Indonesian companies.

Ferranti gained his experiences prior joining the firm by pursuing his legal career in the real estate company, in the telco companies and particularly in the satellite industry.
