Eman Achmad Sulaeman is currently the managing partner of BDO Legal Eman Achmad & Co Law Firm. He is heavily engaged in all corporate and commercial practices of the firm, especially corporate & debt restructuring and digital & cybersecurity law. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and the Association of Capital Market Consultants (HKHPM).
He is a certified risk management professional (CRMP). He handles legal cases by applying legal risk management methods to clients who are group companies engaged in agriculture, food industry, and property.
Eman Achmad Sulaeman has expertise in strategic litigation. He represents international and local financial institutions and Indonesian companies in settling disputes through court or local and international arbitration for various cases, including civil, state administration, and bankruptcy litigation. In addition, he accompanies and defends clients in criminal cases related to the capital market, banking, and corporate matters. He also has experience in attending and defending the client in anti-competition cases.
