Anandra Febrita is the Junior Partner at BDO Legal Eman Achmad & Co Law Firm. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Atmajaya Catholic University Jakarta in 2008 and Magister of Business Law from Gadjah Mada University Jogjakarta in 2016. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM), and also registered as Capital Market Legal Consultants at Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) with over 13 years of working experience in assisting multinational and national clients from banking and finance industry, investment, capital market and securities, mining and energy.

Anandra Febrita is accountable for corporate divisions specialized in investment, capital market, mining and energy, restructuring transactions, merger and acquisitions. She has advised numerous international clients and major Indonesian companies, and equipped with the broad knowledge and thorough understanding on procedures, government policies and common practices in Indonesia to provide localised legal solutions consistent with international standards.
