Prior to join BDO, Defi has decades of worth of experience as senior tax advisor and in-house Group Finance & Tax Directors (Head of Tax), experienced in managing holding companies' structure at the world's largest listed companies in Infrastructure, Mining & Renewable Energy, Technology, Media, Entertainment and Telecommunication at the local, regional and international offices (Southeast Asia, Asia, Middle East, North Africa and Europe).
He is a registered accountant graduated from Faculty of Economy of University of Indonesia and holds Master of Taxation degree from the same university. He attended Law Faculty at University of Indonesia and graduated from Institute of Business Law and Management.
He is a former Corporate Secretary at one of the largest mining companies in Indonesia and attended extensive tax training program from International Bureau for Fiscal Documentation in Netherland.
Defi serves as Tax Partner, focusing on all International Tax and Transaction Services. His clients include large national companies, publicly listed companies and multinationals in Indonesia.
