Training Consultant

     Requirements:

  • Hold Bachelor or Master Degree in any major with GPA min. 3.00
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Having experience in HR field will be advantage
  • Having good network and pipelines in training market or corporate HR training division. 
  • Proven experience in delivering results based on performance target
  • Strong in designing and conceptualizing solutions
  • Experienced and has a strong interest working in Consultancy industry. 
  • Proficient in English and has a great communication skill in deliver things. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all functional units and levels

     Responsibilities:

  • Understand and command product knowledge of all the training programs that can be provide by BDO - Human Capital & Training Team 
  • Network and establish strong ties with potential client by actively scouting out and keeping up to date with the new programs 
  • Handle day to day fresh leads from digital marketing team and provide suitable training recommendations.  
  • Approaching corporate HR Training Division  
  • Responsible as PIC in every training handled so that the program runs and is successful  
  • Process invoice or payment method for client  
  • CRM Tools Utilization – Create strategy activities across CRM channels: email marketing, Instagram, WhatsApp blast, website, and ensure excellent execution  
  • Identify all launch activities and collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders for the output deliverables
